Sprint and Motorola have slated the Motorola Q for release on Sprint’s network sometime this month. Online buyers should be able to click-to-buy a Sprint branded Motorola Q in about two-weeks, while retail channels suffer for an additional month, before being able to sling the much anticipated device your way.

Early reviews of the Sprint version of the Motorola Q don’t look promising as both LAPTOP magazine and Engadget seemingly give four thumbs down for the lack of upgrades. However it should be noted that LAPTOP magazine reviewed a pre-production model of the Motorola Q and Sprint claims several improvements will be implemented by the time of its release.
